Social communication

The whole outfit and its elements are a strong signal in all societies.

Union; to be one of a group, to belong to a place, to speak same language: Please find a group of people witch especially interests you; please describe in words your choice. Choose a garment used by these people or work on whole look of chosen group. Base your design on thinking to strengthen the union between these people. At the beginning you may research the elements of clothing and think how the signals work: color, signs and decoration, shape and forms. What are human wishes, fears, sexuality and thoughts about the future? How the group functions regarding the other groups?

Please analyze and design; find your own point of view. Write and draw your ideas for to be ready for discussion in Fle3 with the other students of the group and transfer everything onto CD.
