PROJECT

CV

Shelagh Cluett was one of the artists that worked on the EU Culture 2000 project, The Digital Surface, bringing together artists/researchers from NCAD (Dublin), UIAH (Helsinki) and University of the Arts London resulting in a conference at Tate Britain in 2003. She further developed these concerns in 'Beyond the Digital Surface" an exhibition and conference between the University of the Arts London and EWHA Womans University, Seoul Korea 2004, and most recently 'Digital and Physical Surface,' a presentation of practiced based research from the University of the Arts Research project, FADE (Fine Art Digital Environment) Feb 2007. A memorial service was held to celebrate the life of Shelagh Cluett in Shoreditch Church, London on 18th july 2007, attended by colleagues and friends from across the world.
