Web Access problem: "Your login is not current. Please log in again"
If you get this message every time you try to open or send an email from GroupWise Web Access, your problem may be due to your web browser settings if you are using Internet Explorer.
To modify your Internet Explorer settings:
- Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Settings button in the Temporary Internet files section.
- Where it says, "Check for newer versions of stored pages", select the first radio button "Every visit to the page."*
- Click OK to close the Settings dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
This setting will force Internet Explorer to do a complete refresh every time it encounters a page and eliminates the problem.
*"Automatically" is the default setting and is a design flaw in Internet Explorer that causes the frequent login request problem.
